My Sisters Success of North Carolina is dedicated to supporting women in the community who are facing employment barriers or working to rebuild their lives. As economic challenges continue to increase, we assist underserved women in reentering the workforce, building confidence, and achieving long-term self-sufficiency.

We provide referral-based employment resources, skills training workshops, and clothing assistance to help women prepare for and succeed in the workplace. Through partnerships with local agencies and nonprofit organizations, we connect women to essential services and broader support systems, serving all individuals in need.

How to Receive Services

At My Sisters Success of North Carolina, we believe in working together with our community to provide the best possible support. To receive services, all clients must be referred through one of our trusted partner organizations. These partners may include local departments of social services, schools, healthcare providers, community health agencies, and nonprofit organizations. This approach helps ensure that each individual is connected to the right resources and receives well-coordinated care.

Clothing Donations

At My Sisters Success of North Carolina, we love helping women feel confident and ready for new opportunities. If you have gently used, clean, and ready-to-wear professional clothing, we’d be grateful for your donation!

We welcome workplace-appropriate outfits, shoes, handbags, and accessories that are in good condition and suitable for job interviews.
